Biography
Gregory Ninot is a Professor at the University of Montpellier since 2008, expert in the evaluation of non-pharmacological interventions in the health field (NPIs). Since 2021, he is associated director of the Desbrest Institute of Epidemiology and Public Health (University of Montpellier, INSERM, INRIA). He is research manager at the Montpellier Cancer Institute since 2018 and has contributed to the activities of SIRIC Montpellier Cancer in prevention and supportive care. In 2021, he founded and chairs an international scientific society dedicated to NPIs, the Non-Pharmacological Intervention Society. In 2016, he co-founded an international research network on clinical trials aimed at improving health behaviors, the International Behavioural Trials Network. He is the author of 13 books and more than 166 scientific publications, most of which focus on the evaluation of NPIs. He has a complete double university cursus in sports science and psychology applied to health. He volunteers on the scientific committee of the French League against Cancer.
